This is the question that anyone with over 5k usd in their pockets must ask themselves!

I sense that for some of us cash is the best and for others investments are the best, well the truth is somewhere in the middle, to be more specific exactly in the middle. If you want a good life and you are ready to take all the chances that this implies this means you like investments, if you like your life and just do not want it to get worst you like cash so it will make you feel safe. I like cash, in my opinion cash money is king, it makes you really feel power into your own hands, but lets get pass this.

The thing that you need to do , as any other economist might tell you, is to invest not more than half of your cash money, so this way there is a good chance you will end up with some extra chance but also you will not get bankrupt.

Whatever you do , do not apply for loans for investments that you are not 100% certain that will go well and that investment can be tracked and supervised by you and your people.

So what is best? Both are, good going class, I hope you know what people need to play under some rules, and the ones that can not respect the rules will end up rich or bankrupt, it only takes a drop of luck or a drop or unlock to decide your faith when you are playing it to risky.

People that play it by the book end up in having a good life and not as much pain and troubles as the people that enjoy only taking risks!

Before you consider even thinking about investment you must start to think about your savings, and by to think I mean or to start to save some money or to see exactly how much money do you really have!

For example if you have saved about 10 000$ , in my opinion you can risk to make some money with another 10 000$. So this will be clear for everybody you must have 20 000$ of money, 10 000$ for savings in case something bad happens, and 10 000 into stocks because this is a good time to invest. Take in mine that if you wish to invest in stocks you must talk to a broker, I know they charge more money and sometimes you see as unfair to pay them as much as you do but at least for the start you must use a broker.

Take in mind that all investments have over 4 years period of time until you get that sum back, so you must not make any dreams about those money, if you want to get a car, get some now things in the house or other things like that I need you to be sure that this won’t happen from the money you invested.

Stocks as well as any market has fluctuations that can cause real problems and even with fluctuation you can still have the best price and nobody will be there to buy, because nobody can guarantee you that you will have enough liquidity when you wish to sell.

To answer the question in the title, the maximum sum you can invest is the double of the sum you wish to have into savings account just in case something happens. I like to have invested 50%, for example if I have 10 000$ I only invest 5 000$ , so I will have 10k if something happens and when the market rises maybe I can double my sum.

Remember this: safe = bank account , risk =stocks or any other investments! bank account = 3-10% / year interests that go into your pocket , stocks or any other investment = 0-1000% / year interests for you!

Do no take loans to invest into stocks, at least not at the start because you will surely get a bad credit score and you will get stuck on payday loans for the rest of your life!

Are money everything? well in my book they really are. Think about it for a second, without money you can never get the education you would of liked or the education you would of liked to offer your children, without money you can not get a good dental plan or o good medical plan. Without money you can not bring food on the table, and believe me a family can not be raised only on love and good will, you must work and earn your money otherwise you won’t have nothing.

This is one of the reasons that banks earn this big amounts of money by selling money, we all call them loans but the bank actually sells us some money for a higher price, and we, without realizing this go and loan and loan until the bank refuses us because we have no limits!

Why do stock brokers earn their big number? Because they big bring money to some people, the best thing that you can do is to try to earn as much as you can and then try to earn more, and then more and more until the end of time. Did you know that 5% of the people of this world control 95% of all the money that are found in this world? How is this for a big secret, in my opinion if you want something you must go and grab it, if you do not grab it this means that you didn’t want it as much as you thought you want it.

Think before you act and be sure to be the best at what you do!

A great man told to the world :to be greedy when others are afraid and to be afraid while others are greedy!

In translation buy stocks when in recession and sell them when the economy rises again and everybody start to reinvest into stocks.

I always known that stocks are a risky thing and considering the fact that I am a cheap person I do not like to take any risks, but now I got some extra money beside my savings and I thought about buying a car, than I thought it a little more and got the idea with the stocks, and I will give it a try.

For those of you that are new here I want to tell you that you must be certain that you do not take those money from other investments, there is a risk that your money might be gone, any bad investment can cause even a 99%.

What do you need before you invest? You need to make some notes to see if you do not need those money for nothing else and you can let those money there even for 5 years. Because a recession comes every five years and if you are caught into the middle you can not sell while you are low and so on.

Please take to mind that stocks as loans are a powerful tool and you want to use it safe because it can cause big finance damage, some people even end up on the street if they do not make their notes good.

Think before you act!
