where are we heading to? This is the question that we must ask our politicians, our leaders, even our boss we can ask him this question, where is the firm heading? What are the future plans?
This question does not come out of the blue sky it is something that I’ve thought about this days, and I started to realize that we do not know where we are going, we haven’t got a clue about our futures. Nobody knows, maybe 1-2 people know into a firm and maybe 100 into a company, the rest just go to work like simple robots and just don’t care about the company and about everything. But, if you do not care about the company what are you doing there, the company is build only by human force, and if the human force does not care then the company will not grow, if the company does not grow that it will shrink , and it will get smaller and smaller and all of those people that do not care will be left behind. Then, when all the people that do not care are fired and we have only people that care the company will raise again and it will grow and it will grow until it is full of people that don’t care, than it will shrink and so on until the end of time.
Why am I telling you this story? So you can realize that you must work like it is your mothers company and try to be the best at what you are doing because this is the only way you can be sure that you won’t be left behind at the next recession.
