When you wish to purchase ecological food, made in real farms , not produced by  co. that gives plants and animals lots of chemicals to grow as much as they do in such a short time, you will have to pay more on those things because they do not come cheap, even in small developed countries ecological and healthy food comes with a bigger price that the other products that are on the market.

When you  or someone close to you, god forbid, has a health issue, if you do not have enough money or you do not have a good health insurance plan you will end up into a stat hospital and we all know that the conditions there are not what you expect or want to be into a hospital.

When you want to buy a car, keep in mind that you want to buy a car that is safe for all of the people that ride it, and I think there is no argue that cheap cars are not as safe as cars that are more expensive.

In the end when you think about it after this examples I realize that you can say for certain that without money you can not live a good, healthy and safe life. This is why I think that money are so important, not for the power or the social status they give you but for the most important things: health and safety.

The thing that you need to know about me is that I do not owe nobody money and I pay all of my debts because I hate people that do not.

How can you have a friend that owes you money for a long time and doesn’t  even struggle to pay you back, he acts like nothing happened like he does not owe you anything, it is like you should appreciate the fact that he loaned money from you and you should maybe thank him :)).

After having about 2-3 friends that didn’t payed back the loan I decided I will never loan money because it is a waste of time and a waste of emotions and it can create some tensions between a normal type of friendship. For example if you are one of my best friends and I lend you some money and you asked the money for 1 year and you give me back the money after 4 years this might create some tensions between us and it might ruin of friendship and the best way to avoid this is to not loan nobody money.

I know this might seem like not such a good thing to do, but this days we have lots of payday loans, bad credit loans and other types of fast crediting agencies that can help people with money and I think that you as a common person should not waste your time with this.

After you invest you must keep in touch with your broker because you are not the only client that he/she has and it means that you must contact them weekly to talk about your portfolio and to talk about the financial news that have appeared in the market.

If the market goes down do no sell your stocks, this is a beginners mistake and this would cost you money. The first thing that you must do when stocks collapse you must see what is the feeling of the market and when it should go up again. This is why the money that you invest into the market must not be some money that you depend on for the next 3-5 years. I am telling you about the maximum period of time that your money can be “trapped” into stocks!

Think it like this, who had a good broker and both stocks in value of 10k $ now it can sell them for over double that sum, witch would be about 100% interests rate in 6 months, when banks can give you  not more than 5-6%/ year

In my opinion this is not a good time to sell, or to buy, this is a good time to watch the stocks as it works it ways.

For those of you that have no patience I think you should take some time of or think about something else.

P.S. Before you try to invest any money in anything be sure that you broker is not a scam and that he deals with people that have more money than you, because those people would be more interested into checking him and when they change broker you do to!
